Kiawah Island Legends

April 28, 2014

After 25 years in print, Kiawah Island Legends is now online. We sought to maintain the beauty and simplicity of the printed magazine when translating the design to the web. We incorporated the same imagery and attention to detail in the typography and layout of the magazine to the website. There is even more to explore and read on the site, so take a look and enjoy!

The Flats at Ponce City Market

April 17, 2014

We designed this site to show case the unique qualities of living at The Flats at Ponce City Market. The site is full of details about the The Flats as well as details about the neighborhood and all that Ponce City Market will have to offer. The dramatic revamp of Ponce City Market will preserve the landmark Sears building and bring it back to life once more. In addition to the 259 residential flats in the development there will be 330,000 square feet of retail and restaurants and 475,000 square feet of office space. It’s truly a remarkable development focused on preserving the building’s historic character and sustaining it’s connection to the community – we are thrilled to be working with Jamestown Properties on this unique project.

Edmund’s Oast Menu System

April 15, 2014

We created a menu system using reclaimed wooden backers and a family of white and warm toned papers. We designed the paper templates with pre-printed shells and a template system so that the menus would be flexible and easy to update by the folks at Edmund’s Oast on a daily basis. View the other projects we’ve worked on with Edmund’s Oast (naming, branding and website).

Along with a new website and blog, we’ve recently updated our stationery package. Gold foil, letterpress, green edging and tiny details are the elements that define our new look. We are currently infusing the new look into our office. We’ve changed the door to green and covered our store front windows with tiny gold “x’s” .

Produce Candles

March 3, 2014

We’re excited to share this new packaging for Produce Candles. Sweet, earthy, spicy, crisp… each element is seasonally represented in these hand-cultivated candles made with natural soy wax and premium cotton wicks. The candles are housed in silkscreened canning jars with patterns representing each scent. Applied on top of each jar is a front and back label printed two color and then embossed for that extra touch. The toppers are printed, laser die cut and then embossed. Each topper is secured with a custom colored rubber band (similar to those you see everyday in the produce section and farmers market). These clean, fresh candles bring the best of the farm stand into the home.

Edmund’s Oast is now open and the new site we designed and developed for them is now online! We kept the site primarily black and white with subtle details of red. We created illustrations throughout the site to convey the personality of the restaurant and the experience. Visit the full site here. See the naming and branding we did for them here.

A Better Batch

February 12, 2014

Coming soon to you are the most delicious ready-to-bake vegan treats. A Better Batch is the name we came up with for this brand new husband and wife baking team. It is a pleasure helping Hanes and Sarah Swingle brand their new company. And, of course, testing out their amazing treats along the way made our job that much easier!
