We created a menu system using reclaimed wooden backers and a family of white and warm toned papers. We designed the paper templates with pre-printed shells and a template system so that the menus would be flexible and easy to update by the folks at Edmund’s Oast on a daily basis. Edmund’s Oast is now open and the new site we designed and developed for them is now online! We kept the site primarily black and white with subtle details of red. Our holiday gift this year was particularly fun. Our friends and clients from Edmund’s Oast did a delicious custom brew for us. The brew was inspired by two of our favorite things; whiskey and moon pies! We had fun designing the growlers and packaging up these beauties to share to say “Thank You” with little holiday cheer !

We’ve had the pleasure of naming and branding the soon-to-open brew pub, Edmund’s Oast. Named after Edmund Egan, the English-born brewer who came to Charleston in the 1760s. He was a successful business man and donated large amounts of money to the American Revolution, earning him the title of “The Rebel Brewer”. Inspired by vintage newspaper rags and illustrated fables this brand is black and white, full of texture and rich with the sensibilities of the 1700’s and today. Read the rest of this entry »
