Hoarder’s Heir is made up of the dynamic prop duo Kenneth Hyatt and Justin Schram. They bring a rich, collected and unique aesthetic to their work. It was so inspiring to bring their approach to life in the new brand we created for them. With a wide range of illustrations, the execution of the brand is endless.

We’ve had the pleasure of working on this project from the beginning, starting with the naming, logo creation and a teaser piece to help promote the space that will open this Spring. We used a handsome palette, metallic inks and traditional type to establish the tone for this inspiring space.

Set to open in the Spring of 2015, The Spectator Hotel will be a new kind of boutique hotel in the heart of historic Charleston. Evoking the opulence and sophistication of the roaring twenties, the hotel will offer Charleston’s best address for luxury accommodations. Beginning with naming, logo and brand development we’re thrilled with the way this brand is taking shape. There will be more Spectator to share soon! See the ground breaking invitation here.

The Spectator Hotel is a exciting new project. We had the pleasure of naming and branding the upcoming 41-room hotel. Last week, the hotel had it’s ground breaking ceremony where community members were invited to come to the site for a glimpse of what is to come. We used this opportunity to design invitations that felt unique, high-touch and rich – much like the experience the upcoming boutique hotel will have.
