Legends Magazine

September 7, 2010

We just completed these stationery and media kit pieces for Legends Magazine, an annual publication from Kiawah Island with nationwide distribution. For the past twenty years, Legends Magazine has combined substantive articles with exceptional photography, art and design. The team at Legends approached Stitch to help redesign the magazine and refine the details. We’ll be working with them on pieces like their stationery package and media kit all the way down to important details like margins and folios of the magazine itself. Our favorite kind a project, big picture with lots of details!

Working Class Creative

August 26, 2010

Pecha Kucha Charleston 7 was held last night in the historic Sottile Theater in downtown Charleston. Each presenter was incredibly inspiring and we left the event reminded of how lucky we are to live in a town with so many creative, talented people.

Parliament, the group who puts on Pecha Kucha, recently asked Stitch to design a campaign to showcase that very idea. We were asked to give a visual identity to the 27,000+ creatives that live and work in the Charleston area. We collaborated with the talented writer, Sandy Lang to come up with Working Class Creative, this family of logos/badges and membership card.

“Raise your hand, carry your card and affix that sicker. You’re one of the 27,000+ around Charleston who work in the creative industries.”

Create. Collaborate. Prosper.

On the heels of re-branding Winter Haven Hotel, we also just completed this new logo and graphic elements for Blue Moon, another iconic South Beach Miami Art Deco hotel. We created the logo to reflect this Mediterranean style boutique hotel, simple and charming.

Winter Haven Hotel

August 5, 2010

We’ve just completed this logo for Winter Haven, a hotel in South Beach Miami. Designed by architect Albert Anis, the hotel is well known for its Art Deco styling and ocean view. The logo incorporates elements of the building’s aesthetic infused with the bright colors of South Beach. We actually designed two logo variations for Winter Haven, giving the client flexibility of use on everything from collateral material, signage, and in-room materials.

Troubadour Branding Materials

July 23, 2010

More Troubadour branding pieces just arrived in the Studio today. We love the contrast of black and white and enjoyed continuing to flush out her brand across these different pieces (hangers, note cards, press folders, garment bags). Curious soft touch black paper, shiny black foil and flocking not only make these pieces nice to look at but they feel so good!
