Clothing with a Conscience

November 11, 2009

We are currently working with House of Rok, a Charleston based fashion company who is determined to change the image of eco-conscious clothing. They asked us to create this sub logo to use along with their brand as a symbol for eco-conscious clothing. It will appear on hang tags and garment labels. We’re currently working on their website and stationary package.

Grocers Gala

November 9, 2009

This past Friday we made trip to Columbia for the AIGA South Carolina InShow Awards. It’s an annual event that features designs from across the state. Stitch walked away with 7 cubes of cheese and a special judges award for Library: Archives of Fashion.

Our sister company, Sideshow Press, took home the Howie (Best in Show Award) for our design of their stationery package. All and all, it was a really great show and we are always honored to be included.

Catch and Release… children’s clothing. We just finished logo for a new online company that will be reselling children’s clothing online. With two little ones of our own, we can appreciate the amount of clothes you go through quickly that were barely worn. We’re getting started on the site design soon. For all you parents out there, we’ll let you know when it’s up and running.

We just completed this inviation for the AIGA South Carolina InShow awards ceremony to be held November 6th, in Columbia South Carolina. This was a really fun project. Thanks to AIGA South Carolina for asking us to be involved in the project.

Fizzy Drinks

October 15, 2009

Thanks to everyone who came out a couple of weeks ago to our studio grand opening. Jennifer Hitchcock, our studio assistant, took these beautiful photos. Special thanks to Callie’s Charleston Biscuits for the delicious pimento cheese and Fat Hen for the amazing deviled eggs. And thanks to Sandy Lang for the beautiful copy she helped us put together for the invites. She was the true inspiration for all things Fizzy! All of that goodness paired with fizzy drinks made the evening just right.

www.libraryfashion.com

October 13, 2009

Today we launched a new e-commerce site for Library. It was all we could do to keep from buying all the products before she went live! Lauren Lail’s extensive collection of vintage clothing, David Sullivan’s amazing photography and lots of other great images and textures made this site really fun to design.
